10 days and counting...

I hear the countdown in my head. 10 * 9 * 8 * 7...

10 days remain between now and election day on November 4th. Are you praying?

Here's today's prayer from James Robison's website The Soul of a Nation:

God, You set a standard of holiness for us in Your Word that includes a respect for life, marriage, family, and freedom. Those of us in America who love and follow You want to keep these values central to our society. But there is a strong pull on us to abandon morality and embrace depravity. Lord, keep our hearts strong as we resist the constant pressure. Allow us to be a light to those choosing darkness. Do not let us be led astray by the voices of worldly logic. Hold us true to Your path.

In Jesus' name...Amen.

Hello gigi,

I am counting down with ya. I have been praying and praying for this years election. I will vote my morals and values because i never want to possibly be held accountable for being a part of placing a man in office as the President of the USA who has views that are in contradiction to God's Word.. I am praying that the true Christians will get out there and vote and let their voices be heard!

Yes, Gigi. We are praying. I almost am tempted to believe that Obama will be the next President.
Today, I read that yesterday, the Former Deputy Secretary General (Democrat) had his suit against Obama dismissed. The suit ordered a Federal mandate for Obama's attorneys to produce the origional copy of Barak Obama's birth certificate. The attorneys failed to produce this. However, the judge dismissed the case under the grounds of lacking substance!
Now, if I am a voter, I have a right to see proof that this man is an American born citizen, as this is a requirement to be President.
Not to mention the investigation that is being done as a follow up on documentation that strongly suggest that Obama has illegally given Illinois taxpayer money to friends and family. This sounds impossible. But, the recent dismissal of a legitimate case suggest that many things Obama has been accused of are possible.

Ah yes, and in the extremely liberal state on NJ where we only can whisper the other candidates name, I'm praying and voting early.
