My Prince, my best friend.
My Sweet Hubby

Sleeping in the arms of the Lord...
I love you sweetheart.
"Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25-26
Yes Lord...I do, with all my heart and soul. Please take care of my Sweet Hubby until I am reunited with him. Thank you Lord. Amen.

I'm exploring blogs and came to yours. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. May God give you comfort and peace, and even joy as you recall your life with Steve. God's blessings on you.
Praying for you during your separation with your husband. Praise God as Christians we grieve with hope.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day - and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing" (2 Tim.4.7-8, NIV).
Gigi,
I am so sorry for your loss. You have been discussing this with us for sometime now, and it feels very personal to myself and my wife who is weeping as I write.
We know where Steve is. Thank you for giving us that assurance of who Steve is as we prayed for you and your family.
Vicki and I check your blog regularly. We will be here to write to when you feel you want to. Our email addresses are also available via our blog profiles
We will pray for you and your ability to sleep restfully tonight and into your future.
Jim

"The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you." (1 Corinthians 16:23)Praying for you and all those who love Steve. Grace and peace. Jody Gates
Gigi,
We love you gigi. We know that your sweet hubby is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord and suffering no more. One day, One glorious day we will all be with our Savior and loved ones and rejoicing together. But until then may each one of us have the peace and hope in being assured and confident that there is a better day coming and the things we suffer here is temporary, but the rejoiceing we will have then is eternal. It will be a GREAT REUNION DAY!
If you want to talk I am here. I am just a open ear. Tamela
May you be filled with wonderful memories and the love of God til you meet Steve again in glory.
Although this is tragic and hurtful... knowing where Steve is going and that you will see him again is wonderful!
Blessings, prayers, and love, Jess
I am sorry for your loss.

Hi Gigi,
Vicki and I have not stopped praying for you. We will continue to check in.
Gigi,
I'm about to do something that I find a-typical. I have a link for you to check out. There is nothing I want you to see here. I just don't want to stop usual activity unless you say so.
Here is the link. You may visit and comment when you feel like it. Even ask if Kermit the thinking frog would like to link with you.
People need to be sensitive to what you are going through. However, sometimes being sensitive amounts to withdraw. Vicki and I will not withdraw. We will continue to be present. Interact as you feel you are able.
Jim
Hi Gigi,
Just wanted you to know I'm still praying and will continue to do so. I've had a huge loss this year, so I know how much it meant to have believers praying and surrounding me even thoug they didn't always say anything. Jody Gates
Dear Gigi, I have not been to your blog in quite some time. My prayers are with you dear sister. May Father God hold you tight in His loving embrace, wipe your tears and comfort your heart. I love what laurel wreath wrote: "Praise God as Christians we grieve with hope". How beautiful :^)
I lost my Grandfather a month ago and have been grieving also. he was not a believer though I am hopeful that he passed into the welcoming arms of our Lord. He was more a Father to me growing up than a Grandpa. My heart is hurting but I am hopeful that I will be reunited with him one day in Heaven as you will be with your dear man.
God bless you! Sending a cyber hug your way!
Dear Gigi...I am just now learning of your loss. My heart aches for you and your family. I had so hoped that God's plan called for your Sweet Hubby to stay in this world much, much longer. Many prayers and hugs coming your way.
I came across your blog after finding you commented on mine, Melodie's House. I'm so sorry about the recent loss of your husband. Even though I don't know you personally here's another cyber-hug {{{HUG}}} to let you know you're in my thoughts and prayers.
As you continue your daily walk without your sweet hubby, may you find that His Grace is sufficient. Here's 2 scripture verses for you, don't know if someone else has given you these but they're what came to mind for you:
Heb 4:16 (NKJV)
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
2 Cor 12:9 (NKJV)
9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
